Suri Anantharama

    • Suri Anantharama is a dynamic, results-oriented, tech-savvy entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in several IT leadership roles including C-level positions, IT Advisory roles, Business Development and Product Evangelism.
    • Wearing the hat of ‘business analyst’ with empathy, he specializes in providing innovative solutions to customers. Known as a ‘Creative Problem Solver’ with customer groups, he always has an answer or finds one. Suri advises several US companies in their technology decisions that include network infrastructure, IT roadmap, automation, policies & procedures, and human capital management.
    • Suri helped the Atlanta based ITIL Service Management company (BOSS) as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to build Support Central [IT Service Management Solution] and deliver it to 300+ customers across USA over a period of 10 years. He specializes in SMAC [Social / Mobility / Analytics / Cloud] stack innovation and has been the brain behind several mobility products that solved retail, sales automation, and service desk challenges.
    • Suri is an expert in pioneering strong relationships, translates business needs to technology requirements and advises senior leadership in Digital Transformation. Over the years as PMP certified Business Manager, he has lead multi-functional teams to deliver Mobility, Web 2.0, Enterprise Asset Management, ITIL Service Desk, IT Infrastructure solutions to valued customers like Citibank, BP, Vectren Energy, AAA®, Hooters of America, Savemart, Cisco, T-Mobile, Caterpillar, UPS, Macy’s, Forsyth county and Secretary of State of GA
    • Suri has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and belongs to the rare breed of people with sales presentation skills & technology expertise that delivers value to customers. He is always ready to take challenges and see opportunities in every obstacle. He has learnt the intricacies of ‘Customer Experience Management’ and acts as a conduit between customers and engineering teams.
    • Suri has served as a board member in various organizations including GIACC, TAG [Technology Association of Georgia], where he was a founder member of the Government, and Public Sector societies. Suri served as co-chair Membership Retention committee in GA to advise more than 2800 clubs.  He currently helps IAEE Technologies committee as a member and served their International committee for 2 years.
    • Suri has won accolades including the most acclaimed ‘Sales Championship Award’ from Dale Carnegie Institute. He served as ‘Area Governor’ with Toastmasters International, mentored several clubs and chartered the Georgia North East club. Suri is an active volunteer for CMA (Sunday school for kids) and GSRLC [Gwinnett Senior Learning Center] that delivers computer education to seniors.

    • Managerial career of more than thirty years in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), including 17 at Compaq Canada and Hewlett Packard as the Regional Vice President.
    • He also worked for Ortho Pharmaceuticals where he started his career, in addition to Apple, AT&T, Metafore Technology, SAS Institute and Tangoe, as where he was responsible for business development.
    • Senior sales and marketing executive, with responsibilities at the national and regional levels (Quebec, Atlantic and Ontario regions). He has covered all the different market segments such as; the public (municipal, provincial and federal) and private (large enterprise, SME and consumer) sectors.
    • Strong results-oriented leader, who has developed his expertise in the Information Technology and Communication. He stands out as an effective communicator and motivator who has assembled and developed high performance sales and management teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from McGill University (Montreal).

Prior to joining, spent 2 years leading the Desjardins Insurance IT department through the launch of the Ajusto application and the review of their ERP solution as well as 19 years at Accenture enabling Top 500 clients with their SAP manufacturing transformation.


Isabelle Dessureault

    • Isabelle Dessureault is what we call a strategist and a catalyst. As a senior executive for the last 15 years in the telecom, media and real estate industries, she has motivated her teams and colleagues to achieve ambitious goals and start-up projects. 
    • As Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and Senior VP of Réseau Sélection, the largest Canadian private real estate group specialized in senior housing, she has developed a new category of co-living and multigenerational residential projects as well has deployed a BI function with machine learning approach. 
    • Isabelle is a creative leader with more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications and public affairs. In all of her career, she has been known for developing strong strategic plans that make fast-growth possible. Amongst her achievements are the launch of a new community TV channel, MAtv, while she was President and simulated heading Corporate Affairs at Videotron. She is also at the birth of the illico app and Club illico, Quebec’s competitor to Netflix. 
    • As a natural coach, she gets involved in mentoring and inspiring a new generation of managers and leaders. Her intense desire to learn and understand, and her fascination for humankind push her to be a change-maker.
    • Globetrotter, she has traveled in more than 60 countries around the globe. For the next year, she will be traveling back and forth to India as a mentor for different organizations empowering Young women Executives and entrepreneurs.
    • Isabelle has studied International Commerce at Amsterdam School of Business and is graduated with an MBA from John Molson School of Business in Montreal.

    • I’m a partner of the firm RCGT. I began my career in 1999 at RCGT.
    • My expertise is in taxation area. I work on various transactions, involving corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions by Canadian residents or foreigners, emigration from or immigration to Canada, business succession, tax litigation, estate planning, creating family trusts or asset protection trusts, and GST/HST/QST.
    • As part of my practice, I give tax-related advice to companies of all sizes, from family businesses to large companies, including special entities, such as non-profit organizations and cooperatives.
    • I’m often invited by various groups to speak about different taxation subjects.
